At

enjoy summer weather all year long. In our community
we have a very active Home Owner Association in charge
of the maintenance of our numerous facilities keeping in
optimum conditions. That association has the commitment
with the community to organize many other activities as
Christmas party, Saint Valentine Day, Mothers & Fathers
Day, Summer Camp for kids, Halloween party for kids and
Thanks Giving Day Marathon. At this resort style
community as owners we have controlled access and
electronic surveillance for the entire community, the
beach are and the swimming pool; for sports we have 3 half
basketball courts one of them for small kids, a tennis
court equipped with wind breakers due to our coast
location, a beach volleyball court and a well equipped
gym near the swimming pool area. For private and
community parties we have a very nice Gazebo
equipped with a bar, cooking area, BBQ and bathrooms for
the convenience of our guests during the activities near
the beach area. Located at Loiza we enjoy the Tradition
of the local people at Las Fiestas de Santiago Apostol
on the month of July every year. At this date we share their traditions
for a week and enjoy their well
developed culinary traditional arts.
